I thank UCTV for share this video. My colleague Saak suggest me to watch Dr. Tsien's lecture for his great deal of entertainment and his rejoice in what he has been doing. And Dr. Tsien did give a very personal yet insightful view of what he did. It is a great lecture indeed. I thank also his lessons for young scientists, especially the one 'Try to find projects that give you some sensual pleasure.'
