Cronbach's Alpha and Reliability Analysis in SPSS (SPSS Tutorial Video #24);

In this video, I cover the details of how how to conduct and interpret the results of a Reliability Analysis that uses Cronbach's Alpha. This is a very useful tool for computing the average inter-correlation of a multi-item scale. I not only show you how to do this in detail, but give you a chance to try it for yourself as well.

The "ratings" category is missing for me. Why is there only the "items" category in my SPSS? How can I change it?
