Playa de Güigüí, a hidden gem on the east coast of Gran Canaria, waiting to be discovered. This isolated, pristine beach, hidden between high cliffs, is one of the few remaining unspoiled beaches on the island. Its difficult access means that it is an unspoiled paradise where you can fully enjoy its beauty, wildness and primalness.
The hike to this beach is not easy because you have to climb a mountain pass where there is no shade to hide from the heat of the sun. The trail is steep and rocky. There is no place to refill water on the way, it must be taken with you. But the beautiful views are like a reward for all the difficulties of the road. I definitely recommend this hike!
