🌸भारतीय चुनाव आयोग की स्थापना 25 जनवरी 1950 को की गयी थी।
🌸1 सितंबर, 2020 से भारत निर्वाचन आयोग में निर्वाचन आयुक्त के रूप में कार्यरत श्री राजीव कुमार ने 15 मई, 2022 को 25वें मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त के रूप में अपना पदभार संभाला।
🌸 निर्वाचन आयोग में पदभार संभालने से पहले, श्री राजीव कुमार सार्वजनिक उद्यम चयन बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष थे👈
🌸सुकुमार सेन भारत के पहले मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त थे जो 21 मार्च 1950 से लेकर 19 दिसम्बर 1958 तक इस पद पर रहे l👈
🌸मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त का कार्यकाल 6 वर्ष 👈 🌸65 वर्ष की आयु👈
🌸अनुच्छेद 324 ~~~में यह उपबंध है- लोकसभा और प्रत्येक राज्य की विधान सभा के निर्वाचन, वयस्क मताधिकर के आधार पर होंगे
🌸भारत का प्रत्येक नागरिक जिसकी आयु इस संबंध में विधि द्वारा यथानिर्धारित तिथि को 18 वर्ष से कम न हो और जो अन्यथा अयोग्य घोषित न किया गया हो
🌸 ऐसे किसी भी निर्वाचन में मतदाता के रूप में पंजीकृत होने
🌸अनुच्छेद 329 ~~निर्वाचन संबंधी मामलों में न्यायालयों के हस्तक्षेप पर प्रतिबंध लगाता है।
🌸अनुच्छेद 326 ~~एक सार्वभौमिक वयस्क मताधिकार को निर्वाचित सरकार के सभी स्तरों के चुनावों के आधार के रूप में परिभाषित करता है।
🌸भाग -5 सर्वोच्च न्यायालय, उच्च न्यायालय राज्य तथा केन्द्र के मध्य वैधानिक संबंध।
🌸 73rd amendment act 1992-- यह भारत में पंचायती राज व्यवस्था लागू करने के दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम था।
🌸अनुच्छेद 142 --सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को विवेकाधीन शक्ति प्रदान करता है
🌸अनुच्छेद 32~~~ व्यक्तियों को न्याय मांगने के लिए सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में जाने का अधिकार देता है।
🌸अनुच्छेद 32 के तहत, संसद सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की शक्ति का प्रयोग करने के लिए किसी अन्य न्यायालय को भी सौंप सकती है, बशर्ते कि वह उसके अधिकार क्षेत्र में हो। 🌸अनुच्छेद 32 मौलिक अधिकारों के प्रवर्तन के लिए है।
🌸अनुच्छेद 226 ~~उच्च न्यायालयों को नागरिकों के मौलिक अधिकारों के प्रवर्तन अथवा 'किसी अन्य उद्देश्य' के लिये सभी प्रकार की रिट जारी करने का अधिकार प्रदान करता है।
🌸आदर्श आचार संहिता की शुरुआत प्रथम वर्ष 1960 में केरल विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान हुई थी
🌸जब राज्य प्रशासन ने राजनीतिक आश्रम और उनके आधार के लिए एक 'आचार संहिता' तैयार की थी।
🌸इसके भाग वर्ष 1962 के लोकोमोटिव चुनाव आयोग (EC) ने सभी सैद्धांतिक प्राप्त राजनीतिक आश्रमों और राज्य आश्रमों को आश्रम के लिए एक प्रारूप भेजा, जिसके बाद से देश भर के सभी राजनीतिक संप्रदायों द्वारा इसे अपनाया जा रहा है।
🌸वर्ष 1991 में चुनाव के बार-बार उल्लंघन और जारी रहने के बाद चुनाव आयोग ने एमसीसी को लागू करने का निर्णय लिया।
🌸दिनेश गोस्वामी समिति की सिफारिशें-
🌸अवैध रूप से लूटे गए बूथों पर फिर से मतदान की व्यवस्था हो।
🌸मतदान के लिये इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग मशीन का प्रयोग किया जाए।
🌸बोगस मतदान की समस्या से बचने के लिये मतदाता फोटो पहचान पत्र की व्यवस्था की जाए।
🌸निर्वाचन से संबंधित याचिका की शीघ्र सुनवाई की जाए।
🌸यदि केंद्रीय या राज्य स्तर के सदन का कोई स्थान खाली हो जाए तो 6 माह के अंदर निर्वाचन की व्यवस्था की जाए।
इस समिति की सिफारिशों से बूथ कैप्चरिंग तथा बोगस वोटिंग जैसी समस्याओं का समाधान हुआ।
🌸किंतु अभी भी चुनाव व्यय से संबंधित समस्या विद्यमान थी इस संदर्भ में इंद्रजीत गुप्त समिति का गठन किया गया।
🌸राष्ट्रपति भवन का डिजाइन बनाने वाले सर एडवर्ड लुटियंस द्वारा ही मुगल गार्डन का निर्माण किया गया था।
🌸 इसे गणतंत्र का पहला गार्डन कहा जाता है। 1920-1930 के दशक में एडवर्ड लुटिंयस ने वायसराय एस्टेट के हिस्से के रूप में इसे तैयार किया था।
🌸राष्ट्रपति की डिप्टी प्रेस सचिव नविका गुप्ता ने बताया कि राष्ट्रपति भवन के सभी बगीचों को अब 'अमृत उद्यान' कहा जाएगा l

🌸1857 का विद्रोह:---
🌸वर्ष 1857-59 का भारतीय विद्रोह गवर्नर जनरल कैनिंग के शासन के दौरान भारत में ब्रिटिश ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी के शासन के खिलाफ एक व्यापक लेकिन असफल विद्रोह था।
🌸यह ब्रिटिश ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी की सेना के सिपाहियों के विद्रोह के रूप में शुरू हुआ, तथा इसने अंततः जनता की भागीदारी भी हासिल की।
🌸विद्रोह को कई नामों से जाना जाता है: सिपाही विद्रोह (ब्रिटिश इतिहासकारों द्वारा), भारतीय विद्रोह, महान विद्रोह (भारतीय इतिहासकारों द्वारा), 1857 का विद्रोह, भारतीय विद्रोह और स्वतंत्रता का पहला युद्ध (विनायक दामोदर सावरकर द्वारा)।
✅️कारण:~~~~
🌸तात्कालिक कारण:~~~•
चर्बी वाले कारतूस: 1857 का विद्रोह नई एनफील्ड राइफलों के उपयोग से शुरू हुआ था, जिनके कारतूसों को गाय और सुअर की चर्बी के साथ चिकना किया जाता था, जिससे हिंदू और मुस्लिम सिपाहियों ने उनका उपयोग करने से इनकार कर दिया था।
शिकायतों का दमन: मंगल पांडे द्वारा बैरकपुर में कारतूस का उपयोग करने से इनकार करना और बाद में फाँसी, इसी तरह के इनकार के लिये मेरठ में 85 सैनिकों को कारावास देना, उन घटनाओं में से थे जिन्होंने भारत में 1857 के विद्रोह को जन्म दिया था।
🌸राजनीतिक कारण: ~~~~~~~
व्यपगत का सिद्धांत: विद्रोह के राजनीतिक कारण व्यपगत के सिद्धांत और प्रत्यक्ष विलय के माध्यम से विस्तार की ब्रिटिश नीति थी।
सतारा, नागपुर, झांसी, जैतपुर, संबलपुर, उदयपुर और अवध के विलय सहित भारतीय शासकों तथा प्रमुखों की संख्या को घटाने एवं विलय ने विस्तार की नीति के खिलाफ असंतोष को बढ़ा दिया। इससे अभिजात वर्ग के हज़ारों लोग, अधिकारी, अनुचर और सैनिक बेरोज़गार हो गए।
