Mine didn't come out as pretty as your did but it was delicious! Do you have any tips for me that the coating stick better to the zucchini? Continue your good work! Your video in straightforward and precise. You don't show us how to cut every slice of the courgette, nor how to break all the eggs etc. Some videos show far too much detail. Thanks for that. I'm going to cook this for dinner tonight. Think I'll put a little garlic in the egg and cheese mixture as well. And serve with a fresh salad. Thanks for the idea and also the nice classical music. Try slicing them in half lengthwise, scoop the seeds out with a teaspoon and discard. Scoop out some of the flesh with the teaspoon but, leave enough of a shell that they'll hold their shape when cooked. Chop the flesh finely and mix it with a favourite meatball recipe. Stuff the shells with the mixture, shaping it to about the same shape as a whole zucchini, sprinkle with cheese and bake in an oiled oven dish till golden and meatball mix is cooked. Serve with a salad. Leftovers are good cold too. One of my favourites.
