    I start my class with exercises, they are necessary to warm up and strengthen the muscles. The basic exercise i do in 3 speeds. For beginners it is necessary to master exercises on the first speed and gradually speed up going to the second and third speed. If You do exercises for maintenance of physical shape and not for mastering professional dancing skills, do them in slow tempo and concentrate on breathing.
    Exercise 11. Jump in the half squatting. This exercise is done in the pose Kumhapada, it is important to hold back straight and not to descend to heels.
