Thx for the video. However, what may help: once having figured out the top side… at the end you see both sides completed with springs and sheets. Certainly and due to the shape of the key, the downside of the lock may have a dirfferent sequence of sheets. Yes, the lock does also work with one side completed… but two sides seem more complete and „safe“. The trick of sheet no. 4: yes, do not use a spring in order to keep fhe option of a more simple dismantling/ pull out again if needed. Sheet 4 „floats“ and secures the lock only if the case and lock is positioned in a way that this little sheet no 4 is sort of „falling“ downwards. Only then you will realize, that the lock does not pop out in either position open or close while the pid is open. Looking beneath one can see this. You need to get this sheet falling by twisting the key once thelock is popped in its hole and help moving it. Vice versa: if you position the case more or less upside down you can bring the loosely moving/ non spring guided sheet no 4 back into the lock while turning and slightly shaking the key. Then you can pull the lock back out. - also consider that some sheets may float bettee than others. So check within the same number range. - in summary: one may finally succeed after a number of springs all over the place… quality: the cylinders are soft alloy and the body is just plastic…. The lock construction has sharp edges all over so watch your fingers. Now i will try to mount the panniers and see what happens.
