Destroying evidence is an offence under the law and the perpetrators should be detained until a judicial verdict is reached.

In my opinion, Harry gets preferential treatment in the British courts in general. They seem to overlook when he does not show up. They give him a mild reprimand when he allegedly lies. They rule in his favor based on his beliefs without proof, etc. I doubt this will be any different. He continues to be coddled and protected. My American opinion.
