- Looking at wanting to learn how to spin but not sure if it’s for you or not? Hopefully this video will give you some insight whether this is a hobby that you want to start.
Today we will be going over the options you have to start spinning your own yarn and what I believe is best for a beginner, along with what to look out for.

Very good instruction... Might consider down the road attempting some type of spinning. Many years ago I did try drop spindle spinning. I may have already said that. Think if I were to try again I would find some starter fiber (if there is such a thing, LOL) so I don't ruin good fiber. :) Hugs'n'Smooches!
A good starting fiber would be a more coarser wool like corridale or highland wool. I do go over some fibers of what to use and to look out for in one of my videos to this series if you would like. Or I’m always happy to answer questions lol
I'm still making my way through the video's... My days of late are a bit more intense. :)
