By doing 1 n half months regular meditation, I had getting out from my 5 yrs of depression... Before dat I was taking meditation daily.there was nt a single day ,where I hadn't taken medicine for my depression..doctor told me t I had to continue medicine for another 2 to 3 yrs. Bt meditation do magic in my mental health
When my Both parents died in n COVID in 2021 i was depressed always , only only meditation took me out from deep grief of sorrow. I do 1 hour meditation every day, it's became my habit nd breathing, pranayama excercise every day. More hours you do practice of meditation. more u get It's definitely.

Thank you Ranveer for this eye opening video, actually I used to meditate on a daily basis and I felt everything which you shared that in first few days there was only dark and negative thoughts but after continuing meditation I literally felt the colour and energy wala thing. But somehow I stopped meditating and now again I am on same page frustrated and full of anger all the time due to office or you know office politics, and because of that I started losing my confidence and positive personality😅. Shiva is beyond the all dimensions......some theory suggests 11 dimensions, some 26 and some 63....you are right that 4th dimension is time.....He is beyond all the dimensions i.e. why He is called Mahakal. He is GOD(Generator, Operator and Destructor).....He is "Tatpurush","Swayambhu","Parampurush","Yogishresth" and many more names are to be listened. Two lines from Shivastakam

Thank you Ranveer for this eye opening video, actually I used to meditate on a daily basis and I felt everything which you shared that in first few days there was only dark and negative thoughts but after continuing meditation I literally felt the colour and energy wala thing.
But somehow I stopped meditating and now again I am on same page frustrated and full of anger all the time due to office or you know office politics, and because of that I started losing my confidence and positive personality😅.
Now I feel that somehow through you god wants me to review and show my strength to myself again.
