    I just found yoyr channel recently and I amd enjoying watching the restoration of the buidlings. I love the repurposing of the materials. I admire you and your dads relationship. Reminds me of my dad. I lost him almost 3 years ago to cancer and my sister a year later in a car wreck. I miss them both deeply and cherish all the good times we had. I can see how you cherish your family and I admire that♡ look forward to seeing more videos.

    The company I had to shut down a few years ago here in Baltimore was window and glass repair. I've done many of glass replacements on windows like these,we called it reglazing. We also did a lot of old wooden window repair. It's not bad to replace the individual panes of glass. Your dad is the best. Great job with the extraction. Keep up the great work

  • @johncbrown26
    @johncbrown26 5 часов назад

    As far as hauling the windows vertically as opposed to horizontally, that's how window/glass companies haul their glass. It has less flex that way, and therefore less of a chance of breaking. It seems counterintuitive, but the glass has more strength vertically than it does across the whole surface. So Pops was definitely right on that one

Your willingness to tackle every job and willingness to learn is such a rare quality to find in a woman when it comes to doing a mans work! PS: really should have invested in an energy efficient window, such as dual pane with wood frame. That metal frame will be really cold 🥶 in the winter. Since theres no thermal barrier it will transfer into your building. Im in Arizona and made the mistake of buying aluminum frame windows and they were almost too hot to touch in the summer!
