Home sellers and builders are offering incredibly generous concessions right now. Competition has also lessened, which makes your negotiation power stronger. In addition to that, home prices have remained stable, despite aggressive interest rate hikes.
Do you know what’s going to happen when interest rates do drop? The market will be B-A-N-A-N-A-S….
And home prices will follow suit.
This market is not for everyone. But for the ones who can swing it, I say go for it!
