Yeah, in the anime of BP/WG Kyoya is kind of a butt, but honestly in the manga, he becomes sweet. He's not Usui for sure, but when he realizes he loves her he stops being such a butt. honestly, she kinda deserved some of it, she did lie about him being her boyfriend and take his picture without asking... And when you meet his abusive sister you kind of understand why he was such a butt. My point is, he doesn't stay that way and becomes a lot nicer.
