Y’all pissed and moaned about the BCS, then the 4 team playoff, now the 12 team playoffs is here and it’s starting. Could be a 24 team format and people still would complain🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
Reece just contradicted himself in the first 2 minutes. Criticized Texas for being in it ahead of Georgia because of their schedule and then praising indiana in the next sentence for beating the trap out of mediocre teams. Indiana has the easiest strength if schedule in the top 12. They're 100th in the country. And last I checked, Reece, Texas also beats the hell out of mediocre teams. Just look at Florida last week, Texas dominated them. That's the same Florida team that was tied with Georgia in the 4th quarter.
Look Indiana will lose to Oh St, then does not play another good team, since they avoid the Big10 champ game. If they had to play, they would have 2 loses and no great wins, and they are out of CFP. Texas wins out, plays in the SEC tournament, lose and you are out, since no good wins. I think Miami, Penn St, Ind, and BYU just are unknown, since they really have not played a great schedule. The committee says play no one, and we reward you.
Florida has the hardest strength of Schedule. They play 7 ranked teams this season. Stop it with the crying about Georgia. The ESPN metrics have it wrong for FPI. Georgia only plays 5 ranked teams. What kind of joke is the ESPN FPI? Also, Alabama has a harder SOS than Georgia and they are putting Alabama right next to Georgia in the slums of the CFP lower seeding. Georgia is 1 for 3 on ranked SEC games. They lost to Bama, Ole Miss, and won against Texas, which is also another pretender in this rankings bias.
Is Florida really a middle of the road SEC team? Middle of the road in the sec would mean they are a top 7-10 team in the sec. They simply aren’t. I would argue they’re a bottom 3-4 team in the SEC
With their starting QB they are definitely middle of the pack. The truth is that only a couple teams in the SEC are bad. Mississippi State, maybe Auburn, and maybe Kentucky. Arkansas and Oklahoma are likely worse teams. There is just a lot of parity this year, across all of college football, but especially in the SEC.
Georgia did not look good against Kansas. Just like every other team this year. Your team keeps winning they are in. Unless you are Army then your screwed
I think Army beats Notre Dame and Indians beats Ohio State. IU's run defense is for real and OSU needs the run. OSU didn't look good against PSU and I don't think PSU is a good team.
What who's you're team and who they beat or loss to compared to Georgia. Georgia lost 2 road games against 2 ranked opponents beat a Texas team who was #1. My team play Tennessee at home Thank God.
@@timothyjoshua1587 ahahah you thought you had something for a second, if anything a ( singular ) point 🤣. Ohio State would eat Georgia alive this time, no AARP approved QB to save em.
@42Sharp Not so fast with Will Howard as QB my Dawgs don't look to hot yes But we are 2 -0 against Ohio St and haven't lost an out of Conference game yet for years. Ohio St play a soft schedule that's why they can't beat my Dawgs
Are you seriously trying to put up an argument for OH and the little 10? Indiana is having the best year in football in their schools history. In large part, because the rest of the little 10 is weak. I wonder where Indiana or OH will end up in January? Natty? Doubtful.....
And vandy beat bama and lost to georgia st. When you understand the game you will know any team can beat any team any day! Its why its the best sport and the bias needs to go away
@42Sharp Not mad at all. I am barely old enough to remember the first GA National Championship in 1980. I am glad to be able to see 2 Nattys. There are a lot of fans and ex players like myself who will never see their team win one. The point is other than OH, the Big 10 has not had a dominant team in a decade.
Indiana is a 2023 TCU. Stop it!!!
Exactly
They have Ohio State soon and we will learn more
Georgia was penalize for a lost to Alabama in the SEC Championship last year due to a week schedule , that ended up keeping them out of the playoffs..

Who is “y’all?” The SEC dominated both the BCS and 4 team playoff. We’re not complaining

I think the major issue is who is ranking the teams. You’re leaving their hopes on a panel. Why is a 1 loss Penn State higher than undefeated IU?
@@jcobbdawg Penn St is the better team. So are Bama, GA, and Ole Miss
Of course. Anyone who thought issues would go away was on PCP.

Putting 9 sec teams in the top 25 tells you just how bad the bias is!
Because the SEC isn't a cupcake league like all the others.

Name 9 teams outside the top 25 that should replace them, I’ll wait….
those 9 other teams do not exist @@Bravesfan117

Indiana is apparently in the sec now....
Aside the financial benefits, 12 team playoff was designed to keep the SEC from dominating the Naty. They won it too much!
