use your arm is better for aiming
It entirely depends on your preference and you sensitivity if its very low you might have to adapt to using your arm for aiming.
so crouching is bad in val ???
It’s not bad but you should know when to use it and when not to use. If you unbind crouch for one game you will see the difference in your headshot percentage yourself, you’ll be hitting more headshots comparitively.
