It is powered by a 6.6-liter turbo DURAMAX diesel V8 engine producing 300 horsepower and 520 lb-ft of torque. The H1 Alpha was introduced back in 2006 and only 729 examples were built before GM discontinued the H1 program. This was the last year they were produced for civilian use. AM General continued to build them for our Armed Forces.
