Juggle Jam did NOT go smoothly… BUT there’s some good news too!

- I apologize again for my voice! I completely lost it last night and although it’s SO much better than it was ysyerday afternoon and night, but it’s still not back to normal yet. Ya’ll can blame my husband for sharing his plague with me (it’s just a cold…I’m just being dramatic). I do! 😂
Wow…that Juggle Jam event had some ISSUES! Not sure how many people were affected, but based on multiple comments on my video yesterday about it, there were quite a few!
I reached out to customer service this morning with a lengthy explanation and full supporting documentation of the biggest issue I had with the Juggle Jam event. (And no, I’m not even talking about how it was rigged/predetermined!).
I still have not heard back and I doubt anything will come of it even if I do because that’s how it goes, but I had to give them my quarter! (2 cents isn’t enough these days…inflation has it at about a quarter now 😂)
Anyhow, let me know if you experienced any issues or what you thought of it.
Also, good news! Things CAN happen if everyone voices their opinions loudly enough (CAN but doesn’t always is key here). They rectified the duplicate board token issue.

I had that exact issue with juggle jam but didn’t pay attention to awards that I lost. Also the dig is okay but there is one level where it is filled with the double rocks that you have to hit twice. The whole board. It was nuts
I had the same issue! It was so unfair. Just like the duplicate token that would have completed my shelf and nothing but an emoji! Ughhhh it’s really not fun now. 😢
Regarding dig. First level piece was in exactly the same spot on all 3 accounts. Second level took 4 hits to find the piece on all 3 accounts. 3 rd level the moles only went vertical and pieces were all vertical on 2 of 3 accounts
So after the monopoly bank level happened. I started getting 190 dice after I had been getting 200. I notified CS and they basically said this is correct because they were giving new exciting things coming. I responded and said this is unfair. Anything new should add to and not take away. I depend on the new dice I have screenshots but man this is getting crazy
@@tiffscraftycorner409 I thought I had read that others said the same thing, but the next level would be back up to 200. I haven’t tested it yet, but I will today
The same thing happened to my husband.
I got it where peg E was just flicking through the book, I had no idea what was going on. I didn’t know the game had ended. I had five hundred and odd but needed 600 to open the safe. I contacted support but the game ended before I got a reply.
@@leeboss373 yup! The game had an “end” but then miraculously it found more levels?? I was not happy lol
same happened to me. I wrote my comment on one of another persons comment yesterday, on your other video. It ticked me off!

Yes! I had that on the spin wheel. I was furious, I had it on X30 too.
I got mega again twice right at the end when I only needed under a thousand to open the top safes🙄 it really is a spiteful game.
Same thing happened to me and I had great rewards coming up. I did the same thing you did and spent all my tickets just to get back on and start the game over. Needless to say, I was extremely upset that I said screw the juggle event. 😂
They need to do something cause how is ppl supposed to win these tournaments but don't have enough dices to compete them
I saw posts from people about what they were experiencing and I decided after choosing 2 items from the above hangers I wasn't going to do anything else but acquire tickets because they stated at the end of the event all remaining tickets/tokens would convert to dice. Dice was NOT given for any remaining tickets. I was not a happy camper.
@@ChrisGilley-g1o when they beta-tested it, it all turned into dice. Then when they rolled it out to the US, they changed it to cash. I wasn’t happy either!!
@shawna01515 my apologies. For some reason I thought they beta tested everything before they rat tested it on is.
@@ChrisGilley-g1o we were the 2nd round of beta-testing. I don’t think this event rolled out to everyone. But I’m guessing that people took advantage of not playing the game and just keeping the tokens to convert to dice so they screwed us during this testing period
They're always on the ball with getting back to people I've been waiting all day and this isn't the first time
The sticker drop was the worst of all. Hasbro is in greed for money ,they want the tycoons to spend millions on the dice rolls which we not gonna do.
Yeah that happened to me but I lost 1500 tickets and about 200 tokens and when it came back on I had nothing but those 10 tokens they give you and no more tokens to collect cause I collected them all before it said game complete smh 😡 lol.. ridiculous

i had that happen, and the i had a 5 ball with a 100 ticket reward, that after i redeemed my first pack, the same 5 ball tiers reward dropped to 75 ticket reward instead of 100
This new minigame is completely trash… in the go rewards indicate in he go rewards app that all the tokens and tickets will change to dice… that’s why I got the tokens and the tickets for these 2days event…but instead all turn into cash.. feel like we’ve been cheated… cos I know quite a lot of people just like me are almost out of dice… initially thought that at least will help us out a bit… but in the end we are so disappointed with the outcome come…

Well the free token today I already had it but it looked like it let me have another till I went to look for it and found I had got nothing!!!
Hi shawna. Ive noticed the error message requiring the game to restart is appearing more frequently now
I really need this wild from the dig😭😭😭😭 and this game has caused me all my dice…. And I have opened vault, got so many blue and purple packs and still gold locked with 2 cards 😭 im losing hope, any tips how to get thru this dig😭

The game is completely rigged guys thats why I stopped playing any where near as much as I used too. Do not spend a penny on this game!!!
Yeah I agree, I literally spent 20 juggle jam tokens on a five color combination and had to use 25 to finish because not one ball matched on my first four attempts. Simple statistics show that I should’ve matched at least one spot during my first four attempts. Oh well!!
Juggle event and New Partner event (with 8 partners) both sucks

I unlocked a mega heist & got a total of 6 heist while the mega was active all of the heist was normal I hate this game
