Great for helping people overcome certain states of deep depression. It motivates a few individuals in a certain way, and pushes them to get their life back on track.

I rewatched this movie a couple years ago. I had lost my job and my girlfriend early during the covid lockdowns and fell into a deep, deep depression. Stopped believing in myself, succumbed to grief, etc. I was already gaining weight before Covid and then with my depression I ended up getting to 265 pounds. Everything hurt. The pit scene from this movie, with this awesome music, helped me realize that I could get out of the abyss that I was falling in. Since then I’ve gone back to work, lost 110 pounds, and am in the best shape of my life physically, emotionally, mentally. We can all get out of the pit if we work for it. If I had any advice for people who are in the pit, it would be to kill your ego, stop caring about other people’s opinions, and find a way to put yourself out there in this big, beautiful world
Hard times creates heroes that’s true and “A hero can be anyone, even a man doing something as simple and reassuring as putting a coat on a young boy's shoulders to let him know that the world hadn't ended.”
I bought this whole soundtrack when the movie came out. This one song has been an enduring morning alarm clock for me every morning for the last 5 years or so. The way it gradually builds from quiet to loud is great to not just startle me from sleep as well as a daily reminder of why we fall

I didnt know what he said, then he said:So we can learn to pick ourselves up.I Got Strenght and hope, without fear I climbed mountain myself. Everything great ive done in my life, my only inspiration was Bale's Batman..
TDKR is very much more of a sequel to Batman Begins more than it is one to The Dark Knight itself, which is honestly what makes me love it so much; it's the same story of a lost Bruce Wayne learning the meaning of hope in a world in which darkness is shuttered out by evil, but the stakes of everything are way more international and higher, making the ethos of hope so much more important as Bruce learns to rise again.
Wow, someone else who gets it. The whole thing was about how the Batman was an addiction that would eventually kill Bruce if he didn't learn to let go at some point.. but he certainly fought his ass off to do everything he could while he could.
All the most painful things that have ever happened to me are the best things that ever happened to me. Pain seems to make you stronger, if you’re brave enough to face it.
