The Return of the Holden Sandman | Holden Australia

Eating up the road and shredding the surf, the Holden Sandman has become an Aussie icon in the 40 years since the original legend made its debut in 1974. Now it’s back, with a modern twist and nose for performance.
The 2015 Sandman Special Edition is derived from the award winning VF Commodore SV6 and the sporty SS-V, and is available as a ute and or sleek Sportwagon. Whilst the Sandman is much more advanced than its predecessor it still retains the instantly recognisable surf livery and the groovy, orange shagpile floor rug as an additional accessory.

So... you show us a 2015 panel van which would have been awesome, then back down and put stickers on a wagon and add an optional shag rug for the boot floor? Did you guys actually look at what the original Sandman panel vans were? Or are you just guessing?

The loud engine etc is ok,,,,but doesn’t hide the fact that you started and FINISHED with a wagon body!
Somewhere along the way you Forgot that the Sandman, was a Panel Van, not a frickin Wagon....

Whoever designed these Sandmans stuffed up. They are nothing like a Sandman. What a stuff up and a complete disgrace to the original Sandmans. Nothing appealing about them at all like the old ones. Considered buying one once, and I didn't look for long as they are crap.
