Take this as an advice, Please strop treating UPSC aspirants like kids. Stop addressing them as "bachhe". We are grads here, not +2 guys for NEET or JEE. Some of us are even Post Grads with work experience. I started new and looking for PSIR and listened to your few demos on youtube, you are good subject wise but the way you are teaching it, it's like you are lecturing some school kids regarding a visit to theme park. As grads we expect fine methodology in teaching. Any way, it's my opinion. All the best.
