Hello! Unfortunately, it doesn't have a bell or buzzer sound after cooking rice. The only prompt is the light which turns green when it's done cooking. 😃

Hi Bino! Honestly when we shot that video it was lunch time so we were a bit hungry and in a rush that's why we used the quick mode. It was able to give us a fluffy rice but if you want it fluffier then you may use the white rice mode however it takes a bit longer, quick mode is also a good energy saver. How to clean the lid inside? Is it removable?

I have problem cooking rice with this rice cooker. I normally pressed "White rice" and it takes such a long time and I think i didnt get the water rice ratio right because it burnt at the bottom. What rice water ratio would you recommend for basmati rice and under "quick cooking"? how about porridge?
Hi! I agree with you that it takes quite a while to cook when using the white rice option thats why I usually opt for Quick Cooking. I usually cook brown rice, say I use 5 scoops of rice then I will put the water level at 6. That might work for Basmati Rice as well. 😊 For porridge I follow the same water level. Hope this helps. Hello! Sorry for the late reply, baka yung spout sa taas na labasan ng steam is kailangan na linisin? Mabilis kasi dun naiipon yung steam residue. Baka isa yun sa reason bakit natututong yung rice. Hope this helps. Please dont forget to subscribe! 😃

Hello, sadly we also discovered that this is an issue with this product so we decided to buy a catch plate for it, the ones that are used for flower pots. 🙂

Hello, we initially thought we needed to adjust the amount of water or clean the lid thoroughly to avoid this problem but nothing works so we ended up just buying a catch plate, the ones used for flower pots. 😞

cooking white rice, instead of pressing white rice button... u used quick cooking... why is that?
