I'm not sure of the exact technique they used but I think they coated a tin dioxide solution. It is possible for it to be transparent in the same way that common salt solution in water is transparent even though the salt is totally white.
Because the TiO2 is mesoporous, meaning the pore sizes are around the tens of nanometers scales. The small pores interact with light differently compared to a bulk sized TiO2

no we won't. perovskite solar cells have been a total failure. not as efficient as good silicon ones and 100 times the cost.
I love use Avasva Solutions for that issue.
