    Very informative video, I just got my sample packs from Ninja Transfer, Transfer Superstars, SupaColor Transfers, & Tranfer Express to see what Feels, Looks, & Washes Good, plus Stretch Test. Sorry I'm Rambling, anyway thanks for the video. First time for me using DTF as well, I'm sure there's going to be learning curves from using these.

      Sorry for the late reply. RUclips has been falling off with the notifications plus I've been testing these transfer & it's been working out for the moment. Especially on different materials. I had a test T-shirt with the DTF Transfers I mentioned above all on one t-shirt. The best one so far is SupaColor Transfer. In my opinion. I also like Ninja Tranfer, I had an issue with 2 small letters but so far it's been holding up strong. The rest are ok as well. From my experience it's all on the pressure. Some Tranfers are medium pressure while others are firm pressure which is annoying when u have to adjust the knob on the heat press. Plus different timing. I hope your experience has been going well. I'm still messing with the HTV but still experimenting with DTF. Good thing I've been messing with the samples they supplied me with. Im thinking of working with ninja transfer for the moment. Depending on pricing.

    When you see that roughness, especially what appears to look like bubbling, and especially when you see bubbling after you wash test the shirt, it means more pressure is needed so the design gets into the actually material of the shirt. For example, you will see what appears to be "lines" running through the design. This means there was enough pressure and now the design is pressed right into the material of the shirt. Also, when you see little pealing of letters or around the edge of the design, this is also a pressure problem. Finally, the correct temperature is important. All the pressure in the world won't matter if the heat press is not hot enough. I'm going to actually purchase a gun to make sure the temperature I see is what is actually the temperature on the press.

      thank you for the tips! i've been wanting a heat gun too just to see what temp i'm actually using 😅

      @@lucykiins Hi, Lucy. It looks like I may start my company, (start out with my logo on a t shirt) and I just discovered DTF and now, Screen Printed Transfers. It's like Silk Screen Printing with an actual screen but the plastisol ink is on the film that we print on a shirt with a heat press and I am rather excited about both, especially, screen printed transfers. And for the heck of it, I just magnified my logo, (its all letters) by about 150% and saw a grayish border around the letters. Sure enough, this is because I had "smooth" set on my Adobe which supposedly, will print on a shirt. A video informed me to set it to "sharp." With that said, I will call the company that makes the films and make sure this is correct. (I didn't see colored edges with "sharp" setting). Anyway, lucy, your video, I thought, was adorable and honest. And... It was very helpful for me because I did more research on the problems you showed us so I could educate myself more. Let's all become, at least, thousdandaires. I'm broke now, Lucy, but was a thousandaire a while back and trust me, you can live really, really amazing and it's fun to say the least. We can all do it.

    It's hard to describe in words as I'm more of a hands on person but when peeling the film off try not to pull upwards. Use a rolling back motion if that makes sense? At 13:45 you use the rolling back motion on the sleeve and it peels flawlessly

    Hey video is good 👍🏾 …how long were you pressing? Shouldn’t it be 15 seconds usually? Also I’ve done many at 315 degreees, not 310 (heat press)

    • @lucykiins
      @lucykiins  7 месяцев назад

      yeah, each press was 15 seconds. i did 310 degrees because that's the temp the instructions stated to use 😊

      @lucykiins ok. I'm not that good either. But using KITTL, I am starting to figure out how to create designs. The designs they have you can move stuff around so you can have your own or make your own designs. Btw, I'm starting off as well.
