The development could have been very good had they not built it on the cheap. Those concrete slabs are more suitable for a military bunker or something and as I recall they contributed to damp conditions. I've got a feeling my father used to fix the lifts there.
@@EngliscSaxonBlack mould all over the bedroom walls in our maisonette and practically every other. Really bad. I was 6 when we were moved out to the new local housing estate but I remember a lot and especially that shit growing on the wallpaper everywhere 🤢

Why was it demolished? Any structural issues?
From what I've been told and read online on local groups they were poorly insulated and had damp issues.
