    LOVE your methods of teaching!! You're close up camera angle, pleasant voice, well-groomed hands and nails and most of all the lack of constant chatter and repetition that all the other channels have. Your verbal instructions are very clear and precise to where any level or age group can understand. Thank you so very much!

      Yes I certainly can appreciate that thank you. I am making a second pair lol. One pair the first one I made with a two millimetre aluminium wire. And a clear acrylic beads. They look so amazing. But because she wears clip earrings I am making a smaller pair with humble wire and beautiful bottle green glass beads which are her favourite colour. They look so dainty and yet beautiful. I just thought to let you know that you are so very kind and are doing a wonderful act of kindness 💖

    These are so beautiful! I’m very new to wire wrapping, but I’m going to try making these today. And, I totally agree with you about the measurements. The more I focus on exact measurements, the more messed up I get. For me, eyeballing the design is the way to go. Besides, I’ve never had anyone walk up to me with a tape measure and start measuring my jewelry. LOL. Thank you so much for making this tutorial. It is very detailed and thorough. Perfect! ❤️

      Sorry for butting in. She does beautiful work, huh. You should see her tutorial for the heart and bead pendant. It's absolutely precious! ❤
      Btw, to help prevent marring, especially on silver plated wire, I put duct tape (that's what I had on hand) over my pliers and try not to give my wire the death grip. LOL! 😀 I've only been doing this a year and it just took a little practice. Applying tape is cheaper than buying nylon jaw pliers. Tape really helped me. Maybe it can help you too. Cheers! 🙂

    • @cherylst.pierre3148
      @cherylst.pierre3148  5 лет назад +1

      I would have answered a little sooner but I needed to review the video to refresh my memory.. I have reversed the earrings myself and I believe I talk about this in the video. At the stage when you pick which side of the weave is the neatest, I ask you to bend one of the top wires ( opposites) and carefully set one of them making sure you keep the top on top.. This maybe what is happening.. one is flipping over on you.. To assist you could make a small mark with a permanent marker on the back of the weave so that you will know which is front and back. I hope this helps.

      It could be a few reasons, could be chemicals, like swimming, hot tub. If it is brown it could be mousture in the air. You can take a nail buffer and buff it to get highlights out of your piece. Unless you are talking about unused copper on a role. That has never happened to me with copper, only silver. I need more info.
