I use every single tower by themselves, to see how long they can survive. From Ranger and Mine Layer, to Juggernaut, Laser Gunner, and Artillery.
I attempt a challenge I've done previously in Tower Defense Simulator, that being to use every tower individually and see which ones can progress the furthest. Similarly to TDS, some did very well, some really sucked.

Try doing the farm stately again but with oil rig or apocalypse and just spam skip and see how far u can get
This is atleast somewhat a difference to tds, meaning that you don’t have to totally depend on support or in one really good tower to continue through the game

I thought operator is one of more believeable one with chance at winning intermidiate. There even a strat using only operator to win it.

should've used the bottom path laser gunner ability more, it doesn't just reveal stealth's but it does like 500 damage so it's really good for quick dmg.

for barracks, i'd say by the time you reach the first boss swap out all barracks for bottom path, its what i use when i did intermediate with just barracks

barracks solos elite on ancient sky island. It probably also solos intermediate on that map. so... yeah

u cant anymore because selling barracks kills the troops so u cant stack rail trooper anymore

@@Luke_existsbaracks aren't the best. far from it it's a support dps tower not made to do the amount of damage needed to kill bosses and is incredibly map dependent. On one hand if used on the right map it can do things even the devs didn't intend to have it do but on the other hand it can't even get pass wave 10 on some maps.

Thing about laser gunner on intermediate is that you have to skip a few waves at the start to place it and because of its slow fire rate it can’t stop them all and you also don’t get enough money for many maxed lasers without farm

They sure make also farm send a farmer unit in the track that have the damage of the money have created.
Sniper is the literal goat.
So me and my friends, we didnt had much money so we didnt have any good towers like jugg or railgunner.
So we just bought sniper and we didnt think it would be so good. Then came the winter event, we had so much runs and we keep losing, we tried spamming barracks and rocket but we still lost. Then came to the point where I tried placing my sniper and I noticed that sniper's dps is greater than rocket considering its a lot cheaper to upgrade so we can place more snipers (greater dps combined) and then I told him that we should spam the bottom path since it had more dps so its better for fighting bosses. I didnt think because a lot of people told us that we need jugg or railgunner but we tried it anyway, so we spammed bottom path sniper and the result is very surprising.. The winter event boss has 400k health and the boss didnt even touch the bridge. Thats why its the GOAT, truly underrated for taking down bosses

7:44 you can survive wave 24 with patrol boat. Just need 4-2 upgrade and skip the wave. And the big blue guy Will come in clutch. Its work for me

Thank you for this knowledge, sniper is a really good tower especially early game. Also if you go bottom path lazer place them near the path and use ability that ability is what makes it good.
Btw what does the ability do?
@@Jef-to1xu If you talking about Lazer Gunners ability it deals 250 dmg and reveals hiddens. In a 8 stud radius.

They released a winter exclusive tower that has can actually deal both damage and freeze enemies and is actually quite decent

This shows that best towers for difficulty 1-2 are op and sniper lol (sniper is better) or just get other towers that can do armor penetration also good video propellars
I almost beat easy with mine layer only. The boss was left on 3k-4k health left.
With a laser gunner in the back only for stealth enemies, I beat easy with cyro blaster only.
You should have gotten claymores in the back for stealth.
Conclusion: dont use only 1 tower
Yes because 4 towers edj-buff,farm-money they need for next tower,jugggernaut-damage,laser gunner-anti armour+start defence.
And maybe 6 towers how add John-buff for 50%+damage and rail gun-for kill bosses

22:10 top path boat also gains AOE hits which kill hiddens and since its explosive also ignores armor, love the patrol boat.
Theres one major flaw with this little experiment, some got farther than Others because they were in different maps, if he had stuck with the same long map like apocalypse, the results would be different

He might have survived wave 30 but i doubt there would have been enough units to kill the boss, the placement limit is the main thing holding it back
laser gunner coulda been easier, 2-4 laser is way more cost-efficient for dps than the 2-5 ones
but it have much less range, meaning it would be kinda bad for apocalypse map
2-2 is WAY more cost effective
5-2 is the only thing you need to beat expert

The armored factory and barracks are the best
The strategy for minelayer only is to kept on skipping and skipping to spam as many minelayers as possible with wave money and slowly upgrade them (Best map for it is OilRig also known as the longest map in game)

fun fact: use barracks on sky island will make it stupidly op ( it can solo elite mode if you know the strat )
Nice video, but I have one minor annoyance, as the results feel kinda skewed as the maps didn’t stay the same while the towers changed.

New record for ranger due to its buff is wave 30 on apocalypse map. (No rewinds)
You can actually solo with mine layer if you use apocalypse (on easy) (and maybe intermediate (not sure))
TBH I wish top path edj had a passive ability to shoot missles like the hellfire missiles from the patrol boat from those thing on the top of its speakers
U would've probably won with barracks if you did a loopy map like cow annoyance since the units aren't in the predetarors way yet they can deal damage and the bosses pass on the units Twice
I like how juggernaut, one of the best towers in the game does worse than the first tower you get in the game

You gotta make a video where you have 4 people start off with max medic farms and see if you can win
Lad, its not the tower that sucks. Its how you use them
As an example, i use mines as defence only, i put them in the back when im with other people on a map as a failsafe incase a bunch of randoms break through, top path is used for camps RIGHT behind the main forces, having a group of about 4 miners (what i call them) all with 3-2 on will hold you basically the entire game aslong as other towers help out
- The bottom path i use at the F A R back as a last ditch hail mary, the bottom is for length and is physically designed to stay on the track longer for bigger pile ups to deal as much damage as possible, about 4 miners on 2-4 back is enough to basically solo any boss by the time they spawn to the time they actually get to the miners at the back of the map, and the 2-5 is very expensive but impossibly broken

yo man hyd hopefully great and uh barracks can solo intermediate mode. ive done it. everyone prolly has done it. Barracks can also solo (or duo) elite mode on a certain map if im right and quad on expert. i love barracks man anyways have a gud day

9:08 I almost win in oil rig map using 3 bottom and 1 top path for barracks the boss only have 1/3 of its health you need to be patient in wave 30 my strat is keep skipping until you get 4-0 and upgrade it to 4-2 and repeatly place 0-3 and upgrade it to 2-3 and upgrade to 5-2 and then upgrade the max all 3 barracks 4-2 and in wave 28-29 skip when the time is 30 seconds left then in wave 30-34 skip if the troops(barracks) stop spawning(I don't know if the barrack have spawn limit)

I think that if you have 4 people with max out top path farm (and the max amount everyone can place) you might be able to tank easy mode.
