Wow, Mugi was less mean than when he first met Kohaku. Maybe he got used to new cats? Maybe new cats doesn't mean bad things for Mugi anymore? Kotetsu seems to be the most passive, he doesn't seem to hiss a lot. 3:45 Hama found eating outside! I'm glad things are going well with all the cats. Komachi and Kotetsu can play with eachother. So much energy, it must be youth!

This is so helpful! For almost two years, I've had two cats who tolerate each other. Then a month ago, we got two more cats from someone who didn't want them anymore. :-( These two cats also just tolerate each other. I've been tentatively introducing them, but the two sets don't like each other. So all told, I have 2 sets of 2 cats who either JUST tolerate each other or don't like each other lol. We built a screen wall and screen doors to separate the upstairs from the downstairs, but it'd be nice if they could all get along -- or at least all tolerate each other. After watching this, I think maybe I've been interfering too much when they hiss or bat. This person seems to let cats be cats and kind of adjust even with naughty behavior. I think I'm going to try that approach and try not to react every time a cat hisses or (yikes!) growls. I'm just so nervous about fights with so many claws and teeth flying around ... (Just found this channel about 15 minutes ago! Subscribed! :) )
