I don't know my father. My mom left me when I was 2 weeks old, I was with pneumonia and malnourished. I was adopted and had a happy childhood. But I always felt inside me that I could never have a family, wanted to be a mother or even could believe in God. You're changing my mind on all of that, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love that you manage. To honor the heritage of all of the children , this has to be a huge challenge for all of you. The kids are great and ver well behaved. Penelope has blossomed in the past few years into a perfect American teen and I agree that it is important that they stay in touch with their heritage so glad that she has her foster parents in China to assist her along with you , her American parents GOD BLESS your whole family.

Adoptive parents like Amanda and Stephen are an absolute godsend. Allowing for their adoptive children who are from another country have the opportunity to learn about where they came from, the culture and language attached and to let the biological kids learn as well is so beautiful, and from what I know, rare. Lincoln starts to understand things, just cannot react with words yet, he goes for his daddy, receives food, does high five, speaks basic pronunciation. Quite a job this couple did. As a mainland Chinese, I am speechless in front of this level of kindness.

Amazing that you encourage Penelope to keep her mother tongue. In today’s time it has so many benefits to speak multiple languages. In Germany we start learning English in third grade and in six grade we can choose between French, Spanish and Latin additionally 😊
That’s honestly great. I’m Filipino, my parents luckily spoke to me in Tagalog growing up so I became fluent in it. The language made me feel more connected with my culture. I have Filipino friends who have parents that can speak Tagalog but never taught/spoke the language to them, they sometimes feel disconnected from their Filipino culture cause of it.

it’s awesome to see you guys embracing all of the kid’s cultures. My parents made sure me and my siblings felt proud and connected to our roots growing up as biracial children. As an adult I’m so thankful for their effort and it helped me find a sense of identity during my anxious teen years. I am continually amazed at how little your kids eat compared to my 4 kids when they were growing up, especially my sons! What you feed your entire family, my boys could just about clean it all up by themselves. You are very fortunate. The other thing I notice is how much Lincoln loves salads and green veggies. I love Asian food, but we don't have any Asian stores near us. I watch youtube to learn to cook some of the dishes. Penelope has so many talents!! She is amazing and beautiful!! Good for Penelope to speak mandarin with Linky.Don't want to harm anyone..but it's the very very first time that I can see Penelope taking care of Linky. when I watch your video ...i see how much Jude ..Liam ...Reese ..and the other children ..playing. ..or taking him in their arms...or just looking after Linky. ..but never seen Penelope doing so with his small brother .Hope to see a real bond between them from now on.This is only my opinion ! it’s awesome to see you guys embracing all of the kid’s cultures. My parents made sure me and my siblings felt proud and connected to our roots growing up as biracial children. As an adult I’m so thankful for their effort and it helped me find a sense of identity during my anxious teen years. All of your children are so lucky to have you two as parents and each other as siblings!

I am continually amazed at how little your kids eat compared to my 4 kids when they were growing up, especially my sons! What you feed your entire family, my boys could just about clean it all up by themselves. You are very fortunate. The other thing I notice is how much Lincoln loves salads and green veggies. I love Asian food, but we don't have any Asian stores near us. I watch youtube to learn to cook some of the dishes. Penelope has so many talents!! She is amazing and beautiful!! All your children are gifted in so many ways, but all are so sweet and beautiful!!! God Bless you all!! By the way, I watched your video when you went to Page, Arizona and saw you try the Caesar Salad Kit in a bag. I tried it and you are so right, it was delicious.
