I actually prefer small palettes (like CT Darling), quads and duos more than big palettes - easier to store and travel with. I am interested in the green and yes I can see why it would be the most popular. Your hair looks especially gorgeous here Rebecca.

Got the Mario Palette, for my darker skin and brown eyes, not bad. The shimmers are toppers. Looks very similar once on the eye. 85$ is really a big pill to swallow for topper shades. But, I will give it a chance, I may fall in love with it. That’s how the back stage palettes became my favourite. I’ll give this palette more love.

As a makeup lover who works a pretty physical job in a hair salon, (shampooing Inc, coloring blowdrying) I need longevity. Also there are days I have alot of time to sit infront of my vanity and take my time. Most of the time I have to hurry and need simple quick looks. These look very sophisticated to me. Although I get to glitter it up in my job as well, at my age I like shimmer that doesn't enhance texture. Have a great day!

Too much of a good thing. All the fancy schmancy things like duo or multi-chromes, yeah… not necessary. I am impressed by this brand. I have to get that olive; it’s just awesome, period. Or I could get all of them. And I'll wear glitter to the grocery store, I don't care but last year's palette got used maybe 4-6x?! But I love the fact it has cool & neutrals?! Ugh... IDK 😐 And the CTilbury face palette. I'll be buying it for the blush, and is it worth it?? The thing is with lots of high-end makeup it's hard to give it away because not everyone will use it. Ok, thanks for sharing something simple!! 🤍

These look lovely. I’m in the minority here, I think. I will not be picking up that PML mega palette. I don’t like colorful mattes, and I have enough biggish palettes. We haven’t traveled by plane since before the pandemic. But, now that our son works for the airlines, here we goooooo, lol. Plus, I can’t see taking my big palette in the carry ons. These eyeshadows look great for on the run, quick and easy, with no thought, and I love the shimmer you can put over top.
Janice! That’s right! You are going to be up in the air a lot now. I think these are perfect for TRAVEL and I agree with you, no one is going to take a Pat McGrath Palette on an airplane. They’re too expensive and like little pieces of art. Plus the amount of shade choice is often overwhelming. These are just an easier way to go. It’s like instant pretty.

I get what you're saying with those big palettes verses duos, trios, quads & quints. Sometimes big palettes become overwhelming. Why just last night I went old school and used my Tom Ford Congac Rose and liked the look I created. These would work well for travel too I think 🥰
Tom Ford Cognac Rose. A CLASSIC! Yes. It's just simpler to have less choice with shades that you know are meant to work together. Easy and pretty. And that's really what we want even though we delude ourselves otherwise.

Janice! That’s right! You are going to be up in the air a lot now. I think these are perfect for TRAVEL and I agree with you, no one is going to take a Pat McGrath Palette on an airplane. They’re too expensive and like little pieces of art. Plus the amount of shade choice is often overwhelming. These are just an easier way to go. It’s like instant pretty.
These look pretty but i got to say mother Pat is drawing me in 😂, I'm really liking the look of the new Nomad palette and the Kaleidos quads 🤔, just so much goodness coming out.
And don’t forget those two new Charlotte pallets coming very soon. Huda has some thing on the horizon. Anastasia too

But I like all three on you...the olive duo looks the best on you but I am proud you got the plum. I get what you're saying with those big palettes verses duos, trios, quads & quints. Sometimes big palettes become overwhelming. Why just last night I went old school and used my Tom Ford Congac Rose and liked the look I created. These would work well for travel too I think 🥰
Tom Ford Cognac Rose. A CLASSIC! Yes. It's just simpler to have less choice with shades that you know are meant to work together. Easy and pretty. And that's really what we want even though we delude ourselves otherwise.
I ordered the plum duo, but I keep hearing the shimmers end up in the cream.

Zero complaints but I’m careful. I have heard that if left unconcerned, they dry out. Eek.
