You aren't actually wrong about the mince pies, Mark! They are filled with a mixture of fruit and spices these days and they are sweet! But back in the day, they were actually filled with meat! I went to a Victorian Christmas event one year and they were making traditional mince pies filled with meat! But don't worry, they are much sweeter now!!
That clicking is called TMJ- temporomandibular joint dysfunction. I used to get it all the time because I would chew gum all the time. It can be from grinding your teeth or clenching your jaw from stress, or chewing a lot. I haven't had it in years, and I rarely chew gum now. It's very distracting, but not a broken jaw. Look it up. 😊

This popped up on my feed at the best time. Helping me with my social anxiety and emetophobia. I watched it like a ‘eat with me’ video to distract my brain from freaking out more. Just thought maybe if vlogmas for every day is too overwhelming, maybe you could do a 12 days of Xmas videos. I thought it might be less hectic and stressful than a video per day.

Your pain is related to a joint (TMJ). It can dislocate or feel bruised. You can cause the pain from grinding or clenching at night if your stressed. You can have an appliance made to prevent this form your dentist. Do u suffer from headaches, neck pain? If it happens again take Ibuprofen. Rest the joint. Don't challenge it by opening too wide. It’s a common misconception that there is meat in a mince meat pie. It’s called that because back in the day meat pies were popular then in the depression meat was too expensive so they started making the filling with fruit but still balled it a mince meat pie. The coloring of the sauce is supposed to mimic meat. Thin of it like back in The day a version off a faux meat pie. Now it’s fully just a dessert.
