@@thathotgamer Where tf do you find someone selling a 4090 for that cheap that's 100% a scam and I'm in Canada where pc parts all cost like 35% more then in the US so ya a 4090 NEW is around 2k no one is selling a used 4090 for that much I looked around for used and the cheapest i saw in within 100km of me was 1.8K
Budget is only the amount you want to spend and is not always meant "cheap" you can say you have a 1K budget or a 3K budget to spend on a pc or anything
