Spot on accurate! 3D life becomes really annoying and only by being alone in nature do things make sense after a while. Less attachment to people & being very selective with who you interact with is the only way to manage a social life at all. The main thing I could say from my experience is being happy with yourself and meditating regularly is imperative!

Oook, i get happy,and excited listening too lecture films thats profound and goes in DEPTH into the 5th dimension of the Spiritual mind. Im going to be concise. Seee the 3rd dim is was given to me as Anything i cant see, feel are touch DON'T BELIEVE. This is disempowing and limiting to the mind.
I found through studying and experience that this dim ( dimension) holds all of stressors, worry,doubt, fear etc it blocks me from moving into the unknown, unfamiliar,the unseen. When this is only way that i can create my wishes and desires to vibrate up into the 5th dim of joy and happiness. How do you get the energy? Listen moving into mindfulness you get the chance to moment by moment become concious of your unconcious habits. See mindfulness gives you control over stressors that keeps you vibrating on a low frequency. Now i use positive affirming self talk these affirmations i down loaded them into my subconscious mind repeating repeating repeating until i began to use energy to rasise my vibrational FREQUENCY up out of 3d material world up into a IMMATERIAL/ spiritual dim too the 5th dim. Quantum model applies everything is energy/ vibration frequency,you are making new neuro connection in the brain you now enter the Quantum field / 5 dim you now can resonate with your wishes and Desires. Now, now im going to change the way i look at life life changes the way it looks at me. Lack of knowledge is the lack of power, nothing changes UNTIL i change.Please be happy and polite to yourself,YOU be your OWN cheerleader.

Please also say a prayer of protection for all the children whose parents are overseas and that their parents come back home to them safe and sound. They are so far away from home in a hostile environment putting their lives on the line and Christmas is a very hard time for these families that are separated from one another. Pray and ask God to protect all the children caught in the war zones. To keep them safe mentally, physically and spiritually. Pray that warring stops especially this holiday season. Pray for everyone safe return to their families.
Some children are writing santa asking him to keep their mother, father and parents safe this Christmas.

I had a 5D companion actually explain this in an interesting way- Say you have a flower or a ring. Say you gift it to someone with love and appreciation. That 3D flower is now associated with the emotion of love, so that when someone sees this flower, they see the love you gift it with, not physically, but abstractly. This is an instance of seeing a portion of reality in a 4D way, but not quite. More like 3.5 D. Now if you understood that the emotion of that gift was attached to that flower as a further adornment that beautifies it in a way different than a common flower, and you saw it, you would see astrally. When you see the world as a gift given by source to all of us, you begin to perceive beyond three dimensions. Incidentally, this is why spiritual and astral beings accept gifts and offerings, because the love that radiates in the astral gives the object a further beautifying quality it does not possess in 3D. So when you offer your fae companion a crystal or a bowl of milk or something, they accept and keep it and make use of it and love it on the astral level and appreciate it, because your intention infuses it with qualities that set it apart from the norm. Now to live that way normally and see the astral aspects of all things, the love which suffuses them in general and in particular is 4d living, but to go beyond and to see design, intention, purpose, meaning and destiny and the nonlocality of love (love being not limited to space and time) is 5D. In other words, the Mystic Dionysius the Areopagite says God is not contained by the mind of man nor can he be comprehended by the mind- but love lays hold of him. This is 5D. Love lays hold of all things. And it is very important to understand the meaning of love in this context. It is not simply the feeling of romance, or the imaginary desires nor lusts- It is the heart’s longing and affection directed in action. What is it that moves energy from you to me? Love. Not the desire for fuzzies, but the choice to move the will in accord with its desire. To pray is an act, not just a hope. It’s a verb. To heal is a verb. To move energy is a verb. To love is a verb. To bring the mind into the heart is a verb. To move the mind across space into your mind is a verb, an act done in accord with affection as the motivating force. Love penetrates all things through the nonlocality of its existence, for it is why all things exist- they are chosen goods that are all verbs, all in the verb- the logos. The one idea that is one act in all creation. And we all resonate as holographic fractals of that love, and we follow the lines of that love back through things to source and through spacetime to one another. There is no separation.

5D thinking is definitely my chosen path. Originating from my innate personal thoughts & beliefs. Irrespective of the collective consciousness rooted in separatism, personally I never saw it that way. I see it my way. I was stunned to notice separatism even in a church that preached Unity. Unity? But, all I noticed was united MONEY, I may be incorrect, am still keeping an open mind. The world is or the Universe is wonderful. The people have a very long way to go, I think. The United States of America has a perfect practical model about 5D Universe.
It's quite interesting when you think about it in terms of 5D consciousness. Churches, which ideally should align with these higher values of unity and unconditional love, sometimes paradoxically end up discriminating. This contrasts with the 5D perspective, where the focus is on collective harmony rather than division. While it's true that in our current society, material interests like money often unite people, 5D thinking encourages us to find deeper connections based on empathy and collective well-being.
But I believe there's a growing shift towards this 5D awareness. More people are striving to embody kindness and care for each other, transcending materialistic bonds. The founding principles of our nation is a perfect example of early expressions of this 5D vision.

Were always creating no matter what.
It's very clear to me now that if my thoughts aren't on an even keel I see it reflected back to me in all sorts of quite unpleasant ways.
If however I am in a happy balanced frame of mind (and I really do strive to be all the time)
then happiness seems to naturally flow with everyone around me too.
The problem that I seemed to be having though was there seemed to be something against me being happy as people would go out of their way to try and upset this equilibrium.
Anyone who had the opportunity to either help me with whatever I was dealing with or hinder me with whatever random obstacle they could think up seemed to do the latter it was very strange to me having quite a helpful nature myself but it happened time and time again and was usually quite unexpected too.
Anyway I'm going to say that it seems like something has changed and people have been alright with me for a few days now.

Don't worry, my friend. May I help you with this? First, set your compass (your intention for life). Aligning your mind, heart, and gut (intuition) is important. You could choose, for example, to "wake up" or to dedicate yourself to your higher self, helping the universe realize itself in others. (Helping others to wake up)To get into this 5D dimension, or what you might call opening the third eye or breaking out of the matrix, there are several "tools" you can use. Daily practiced mindfulness and inner shadow work are crucial. Inform yourself about these tools if you feel you're not familiar with them. Reconnect with your inner "thought entities", acknowledge them, learn to love and care for them, like your own children. Learn to see yourself in others. Acknowledge and accept the lover, the hater, the joker, the thief, the murderer, the racist, and the fool in you and in others. Engaging in a 5D experience while working on your dark side involves integrating shadow work with elevated consciousness. You need to recognize and accept the presence of your dark side as a part of your whole being. And then set the intention to grow from every experience, understanding that both light and dark aspects have their place in your development.
