Thanks for joining me on this little walk across Amanohashidate. It is one of my favorite seaside escapes from the bustling areas of Kansai. Last winter I walked across in the snow if you're curious how the sandbar and pines look in white : ruclips.net/video/3mv3yVSzFVg/видео.html
We enjoyed seeing these magnificent views are the Pine Forest at Sand bar on Sea of Japan at sunset we greatly enjoyed being part of this wonderful tour thank you
Oh this has come full circle for me, I’ve seen a few videos of that sandbar from above and I always wondered what it was like to walk through so I’m really glad I got to see it! It never ceases to amaze me how pedestrian forward Japan is, there are so many well lit paths just for walking. I wish we had more of that in Canada, but everything here seems geared for cars and less for pedestrians. Thank you for the great walk!
Thank you. It's nice to understand the shape of the sandbar from the air and then experience it from the ground. It is a bit of an odd situation walking a forest path with water on both sides. I've seen some amazing natural areas out there in the Canadian wilds. One of these days I'd love to head over there and search for some pedestrian zones and hiking areas.
Thanks, it's one of my favorites as well and I actually have many videos in this area from a trip there last winter. Are there any places you'd recommend for future visits? I think these are all the current videos from the Tango region, though I expect there will be more in the year ahead. Kanabiki Falls: ruclips.net/video/9QtoteWhCbc/видео.html Ine boathouse village: ruclips.net/video/QzYqI4bKEDU/видео.html Amanohashidate predawn snow: ruclips.net/video/csFKk9xzJoo/видео.html Amanohashidate early morning snow: ruclips.net/video/3mv3yVSzFVg/видео.html Driving snowy mountain pass: ruclips.net/video/qPg14CCjD80/видео.html And the second video I made for this channel was in Maizuru, a bit unpolished but a nice quick look at the town and port area: ruclips.net/video/IMoYr2IP6nE/видео.html
@ambient_exploration Thank you, that is awesome - I think you have the top spots! My memories are a bit fuzzy as I was last there 10 years ago visiting family.
A truly beautiful walk along by the sea and through the forest. A prosperous area at the beginning with the shops and lovely houses and swish boats I think, most likely a place to live when you have ‘made- it’ as the saying goes. Really enjoyed the calming walk through the trees with ocean either side of you. You got some great shots especially as the darkness rolled in and the sky was magnificent. Oh how beautiful is Japan! A good way to live I think. ☺️✨

Beautiful! Thanks for sharing this scenery, I'm adding it to my "hope to see someday" travel list☀ Watching the snow version next!
There are many things to enjoy on this walk. I wish to visit the area some day. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you, it's an interesting feeling being in the trees but having water on the left and right. I hope you can visit sooner than later : )
Beautiful ❤❤❤❤❤

😁👍
Do you have any other videos recorded in Miyazu or other places on the Tango peninsula? This was one of my favourite places to visit!
