I've gone frame by frame, there's no way in hell that ball touched her knee. There's two frames in question and in both of them it's clearly hovering WAY above her knee. The ball also travels in a straight trajectory after she deflects it with her ball (as opposed to flying off at an odd angle like it bounced off something). It's not about camera angle, there's 0 overlap. If it touched any part of her it'd be her upper thigh right next to her ball she used to block and only just barely. Rae also is clearly surprised about the call, even though she goes with it.
