Struggled with hormonal acne for 30 years. Cut out milk, cheese, yogurt (found non-dairy substitutes) and fixed 85% of my issues. Tried substitutes for 1 week and my skin started to clear. Ate an ice cream sandwich and woke up with a zit the next morning. My foundation was also contributing. Switched that later and my skin got even better.

I’ve been on RUclips for a very long time. I’ve only seen 1 other influencer show her real acne skin. Everyone else uses filters and is just fake. I appreciate you for posting this because I have acne scars and active acne all the time. Believe it or not this helped feel more confident in my own skin. i deleted all other social media because I kept wanting to achieve the “flawless” “poreless” skin. Hello I’m new to your channel, but wanted to share that the solution for hormonal acne is to be under the care of a dermatologist who can prescribe medications to alleviate and/or cure the problem! Oral Isotretinoin/Accutane is a miracle worker for hormonal acne! I was on it a few times in my 30s during my worst hormonal break outs and the effects lasted for about 15 years. I took it again in my late 50s and I’m acne free with beautiful skin. It clears up your skin and reduces the oils causing the problem. Over the counter grade products don’t work.😀
