In test-routes.py file you keep repeating the same identical fragments of code. You also don't follow the testing guides which are in the official Flask documentation e.g. you don't use pytest decorators. Your example is simply wrong - this is not the way Flask apps should be testes

Audio is only coming from the left channel. That could explain why you can't hear it well.
