    Just visiting because of the tittle, I have to give some perspective. Uruguay has expelled 50% of its population, meaning than 50% of people born in Uruguay alive today DO NOT LIVE IN URUGUAY (most of them live in Argentina). You have to rethink your whole world view if you think a country like that is king of anything. Countries are for the populations born in them, if they are expelled you economy is anti human.
