Was Cyplenkov-Larratt a great battle? It was a one-sided beatdown if you ask me. Devon got absolutely nothing on Cyplenkov. I was shocked/impressed by how much stronger Cyplenkov was. But yeah Cyplenkov vs Levan would be epic 👍

It can be hard to see but they are doing micro elbow fouls. The referees are very strict in these tournaments.

Hey guys! I need help I’ve been training arm wrestling for like 4 months now.....and im noticing my strength increasing however im not gaining mass or big what so ever...what im doing wrong?
Drink loads of raw milk or cream and eat chicken,rare beef, tons of eggs!

@@justnoah2164 it worked for me ,I drunk about half a gallon of milk a day, no kidding and a low carb diet, bit raw fish also and other animal products, I gained a lot of muscle with just simple exercises like pull ups and push ups etc.
