    1 - confirm hematuria (and not mimickers like beeturia or free myoglobin / hemoglobin)
    2 - nephrolithiasis
    3 - UTI
    4 - trauma / vigorous exericse
    5 - glomerular bleeding
    6 - malignancy
    7 - everything else
