Don't do this on Survivor video application

There could be that way, far out chance that there were simply better, more interesting, compelling contestants that submitted Survivor video applications but...I personally don't think that's possible. I want to believe it was my poor video editing skills that knocked me out of the competition. I mean, I watched Survivor casting directors give advice and Jeff Probst interviews on what to say (be yourself). They said to tell them how you could win, it's a mind game so tell us how you can manipulate others, etc. You know what - they also advised not to do any ridiculous skits. I didn't listen. I went and started my video with a stupid skit and I think that's what burned my chances.
