Pretty amazing how you manage to create something to give others positive energy while you yourself need such a favour. Keep strong, is there anything we as fans could do for you to help out? Start a patreon or something? Even just a chat?

No word of a lie. I've been suffering from insomnia for quite some time now but after watching this video, I was literally put into a sleep coma and woke up refreshed the next morning.
You certainly have a knack for hypnosis. Everything from the movement of your hands to the tone of your voice and your big blue eyes are truly hypnotic and induce a sense of calmness and tranquility.

Nice music, reminds me of a restaurant ambience, the bubbling water filter of a fish tank, the waiter brings a tray of hot towels, the gentle murmur of other people's conversations, the clank of a knife on a plate, punctuated laughter... kind of pleasant

I am so glad your channel came up as a RUclips recommendation. I think this is the most relaxed I've been in a very long time. I started suffering from anxiety about 2yrs ago and as a result I find it difficult to relax and sleep. I don't know whether it's you voice or your movements. Probably both. This and galaxy hypnosis are the best asmr videos out there. I stumbled upon this video a while ago when I was trying to sleep and it just made wonders. I’ve lost it for a while and then found it again. What a jooy! Finally something that works for me. I would love if the music at the end lastet longer but it works either way. I'm currently going through the last weeks of exams before graduating with my Master's degree. I've been studying for a long time, sacrificing a lot to get there and my stress level is as high as it can be right now. But, thanks to the softness of your voice and the positive words you speak here, I've been able to find some relief as I continue working hard towards my goals. I've watched alot of ASMR videos, over the past 2-3 years. This is the first one where I watched it first with audio and video....then downsized the screen, just listening to Sophie's voice....and finally, just watching the video, without sound. It's that impressive of an effort and accomplishes everything that and ASMR video should. If there were ASMR Awards, this would deserve to be nominated!
