I love this episode ofc, i have a few suggestions. ~ Ace should be a Diamond Agent if you want him have more off days. ~ Journee need to renovation the outside of the apartment unit because it's need some renovations and build another apartment unit for new tenant to move in. Gonna need 10k to be on the safety side. ~ The Family should do Christmas at the new house to have a first holiday memories. ~ Ace need a Bank Account to save some of his money on the side. ~ Add a Chest Table in the house so Ace can work on his Logic Skills. (Hope my suggestion make sense to y'all 🦋💕)

Dee… you crack me up! 😂😂😂 You just moved Ace in with Journee and sold his furnishings so you could get the money from them but you don’t know what to do when you move the three of them into the new house… Lol. Anything you want to keep from the current apartment you put into the household inventory then you move to the new house and sell the furnishings just like you did with Ace. Sell furniture should just mean the furniture doesn't come with your and you get money. Keep furniture is they put it in the household inventory and the previous house is empty. But I've never encountered the problem you were talking about

i think she should only separate her income from the apartments otherwise she should share the money from her social work job. it’s only right since ace is extremely generous with his money. also she should use the money she currently has to finally finish the last unit and give all of the other units a facelift especially since the tenants are revolting lmao

It's actually the pressure cooker causing the smell. No idea why. But you can clean it upgrade to autoclean and it still causes a smell in the kitchen. I stopped using it because it does that. An annoying glitch on it
