Welcome to Around the Table with Shea McGee! We're so excited to start sharing more about something we love in the McGee household-food! On the menu today: Sheet Pan Lemon Chicken Dinner. This recipe is so easy. Because it’s made on a sheet pan, it’s a no fuss meal! This recipe uses a few of our favorites-lemon, fresh herbs (in this case, oregano), and parm. The combo is so delicious, and it feels both fresh and comforting all at the same time. Hope you enjoy!

Anytime Syd is around, you know he’s going to make us laugh. I love that you are using your kitchen so we can see how functionally important it is when you design a kitchen to have the stove next to prep space. I also enjoy how beautiful everything you use is. It is not just functional, but SO BEAUTIFUL ❤! Everything looks so good. I can’t wait to try this and I’m excited for this new series. Finally, I especially love that you used your kitchen and not a set. It feels genuine and like I was invited over for dinner to watch you cook! Love it!

Made this recipe tonight with some slight modifications: Swapped chicken thighs for chicken breast, just used lemon juice instead of zest and substituted the dijon mustard with 1 tsp mayo and 1 tsp Worcester. Worked with what was already in my fridge and what tools I had access to in the kitchen.
Honestly, it was REALLY good. Wish it had a carb, so we served it with rice and it was delicious. Super easy. Probably took 10-15 minutes to assemble, especially because my oven is slow to heat up, but then it was really easy and low effort. Will absolutely make again.
