I appreciate this transmission, however I’ve recently been thinking that “free will” is B.S.. This video confirms it… that we’ve “played our part perfectly.” I’d love to hear your thoughts. 🙏🏻
Yeah - I can totally appreciate that. I seem to remember coming across an entire book about why free will is BS. Although I've not read it myself. I think both things can be true. In my experience we have more 'free will' than some other interdimensional beings....but we also have soul contracts/lessons that need to be fulfilled. So in a sense - it's like you need to learn X but you can either do it the fast way or the long way (ie many lifetimes). I feel our free will is also what builds our karma which is what gets us trapped in cycles of lessons (this has been my own personal experience based on soul contracts that have played out in this lifetime but I have been lucky enough to see the other lifetimes also). I think we as a species see things as black and white (so you either have free will or not), but there's actually a lot of grey involved. And what applies to me, may not apply to you.

Thank you so much for this Carita!! I can only guess that I have past life trauma to release. I would bet most of us do. Question- Do you think that with all of these cosmic energies that are flooding our planet that past traumas would be coming up for release?
Oh 100% it's being supported by the astrology too. The current strife in the world is helping us to revisit past trauma of not just WW2 but Atlantis etc. As we lift in frequency, the heaviness we carry can only be released by first acknowledging it.

Dear Carita. I would like to thank you for all your healing videos. I have noticed improvement in my digestion after your GIT healing video. But mostly I want to share my extraordinary experience I have many times during each of your light language sessions. It is difficult to explan it. It feels like a "rush"of vibrations of energy going from my pelvic area up towards my chest. It feels amazing.I do not know what it is but it feels like my body resonate with the messages you give. It started during my spiritual journey . I usually get it once or twice during watching spiritual podcast or chanelling. But during receiving light language from you I get like 10 "rushes" at least each time. Do you have any idea what it is? Greetings from Slovakia
Oh very interesting! Hard to know for sure...could be part of a kundalini awakenings or healing of an energy channel between some chakras. It sounds like something is being repaired/reattuned in relation to your lower chakras is my first thought. With the healings you receive, it's good to also set an intention that it be for your highest good to make sure no matter what sensations you experience you know it's all working FOR you, not against you. Xx

Oh good question. Dreams are complex as it could definitely be past life, but it could also be more about processing an emotion in a dream because you can't do it when awake, or it could be a message from your subconscious.
