You forgot to factor in the hard stages. 7x2x80 = 1120
Also, the Sand-made Scales is not just 2500. I'm on week 41/50ish from my Spiral of Destinies event run, and I've already got 2200 luxite just from the cutscene achievements. So it's like 5k luxite total for clearing the event, and that's without counting the luxite from the Knowledge missions and the other types of achievements/emblems
I did count the hard stages, (22 normal + 7 hard) x 40 + 100 for each chapter for 2520. I did point out the achievements but wasn't too sure whether to include that as part of the calcs haha.

Yes the cutscenes from the new story actually give you 100 luxite compared to 30 from before so it's actually huge. Right now the fastest way to make luxite is definitely to grind SoD since there aren't a lot of battles there (in sand-made scale) and you can deploy your elysium units to 'skip' the fights. Plus you aren't limited by stamina unlike fool's journey.
Dev make good improvement for reward in 2 last event, I wonder it will last
Absolutely skipping the trap xavier banner, skipping Auguste too with how delayed he is; better to just wait for tristan since he's so late. Looking forward to pulling saff and homa though, hopefully they come relatively soon.

Sand-made scales gives over 6000 luxites, due to new performances and achievements combined with the event quests
I agree that the income and rates are good in this game. So far I got all the debut banner characters, but I'll likely skip Acambe. I have enough to do hard pity and a half right now, so I'll be able to pull more freely soon. If my luxites stock up too much I might pick up some extra characters also. haha yes while i like it but i cant recommend him for f2p, needs taair and cocoa at minimum and we cant give up on the others.

I think the rewards are pretty good. Idk why so many people on reddit complain about the game being so stingy. They only see that we are getting a few secret fates each event at best, but they forget about all the luxite

Gloria is good, but you really don’t need her, I’ve done plenty of missions without her and been completely fine. Some more top tier units are coming soon so don’t worry too much

Why we skip auguste? Isn’t he one of the best characters?
F2p don't have enough for everyone and in my cn God interview he said his 2 star Tristan replaced auguste for ToA
I think it's mostly because Auguste requires a lot of "dupes" to be good, and Tristan is arguibly better at his job at a lower cost.
(So... Given how much they delayed his release... By the time we farm enough shards to use Auguste effectively, he might've already kinda been powercrept.)
He is the best character, at 5 star. Thing is, the longer he takes to come out, the less valuable he becomes because another character will come that can do what he does, and better at 2/3 star.
Basically, he's gonna be powercrept.
The server is going at an accelerated pacing. We are apparently getting content that would be 5 months in after 1.5 month and on top of that, they delayed his banner. If you start shard farming for him immediately once he gets released, Tristan will show up and powercreep him around the same time you have him sharded up to be t0. Basically, the powercreeping is happening at more than 2x the pace of CN and we have less than half the time to farm for shards. This inevitably means many people outside of whales are never going to consider him t0 over here. Characters with unique abilities have more chance to stay relevant long term while we catch up to the other servers. Another problem is that if you already have Gloria and Cocoa, there is very little room left for anyone else in terms of shard farming. In comparison, CN would have a few units already at 5 stars by this point. He should still be better than Tristan in maps with a lot of defenders/watchers though.

Can i play this game without pulling for meta and by just pulling on whoever i like?
Yes, for 99% of content it doesnt matter who you have. You can clear all pve content with just rares. Good characters might let you clear level65 at level 45 but can also just wait a week to be level 50 to clear it with commons. Meta is for Live pvp and adversity tower which arent out yet

@@Nova-lo9tc Just dont go pulling on a bunch of scrubs......No one is telling you to pull only on Meta but also not the contrary. Pulling on Guzman or Xavier banners is a waste.......

No problems there. You can enjoy the 2 mainline story, and scrap by most events. Meta are mainly for PvP stuff and TOA.
i want agatha why is she a skip character? isnt her skills the same on the event? and when she came out?
I saw that some chinese players recommend that we pick her up. I think shes useful in ToA, but I'm not sure. It's up to you if you can afford to pick her up, based on the resources you have saved. Good luck :)
yeah her damage is quite stable on ToA, theres less issues with her being nerfed on particular stages compared to the top meta units

Sad part is, F2p and got super lucky and pulled Momo and NonoWill on their banner AND CoCo.. What to even do anymore. I dont know..
Don't restart. You already have a strong core for a Vylder team, with a tier 0 in Cocoa if you invest time in her. This is a gacha game: there's no guarantee a restart will get you anything better, and a high chance you'll end up a less cohesive legendary group. Eventually we all get unlucky in these types of games and end up with a dupe, or a character we don't want.
