Hi friends! Below is the recipe for the cucumber salad! - 4-6 cucumbers ( I usually use what my heart desires) cut into coins. The thinner the coin the more it soaks up the sauce. - 1 small small carrot julienne - 1/4 of a small onion julienne - 2/3 cloves of garlic, minced - Equal parts sugar, soy sauce, black vinegar, and sesame oil - Black pepper to taste - 1 tsp of salt to drawn out liquid - 2 Tbsp of sesame seeds **optional chili oil or gochugaru powder 1) Mix salt and sliced cucumbers. Set aside for 30 minutes to draw out the water. 2) After 30 minutes, rinse well and pat dry. 3) In a large bowl, mix equal parts soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Toss in cucumbers, garlic, carrots, and onions. 4) Taste to check if you need more vinegar/ soy sauce. Once to your liking, toss in sesame seeds. You can make this in advance and store in the fridge! Just a note, I usually use half the amount of sugar because I do not like it that sweet. You can use any vinegar you have on hand too ( I’ve used rice vinegar and white vinegar before!) but you will need to adjust the sugar.
I love pickles?? Same girl, same. My favorite moisturizer for my husband who has eczema is the AESTURA ATOBARRIER365 Cream with Ceramide. He used to use the Eurcerine & Gold Bond's Eczemas ones in case you're looking to try something new! AHH, if only I knew, I could've brought you the mini size I have that came with my big purchase for you to try 😭😭 I'm a Europe/Asian Sunscreen kind of person. I feel like the US sunscreen filters are so behind! But I do think the US ones are better at preventing hyper-pigmentation because they block more range for visible which is what causes it. The carrots 🤩Only thing in my mind is that they're baby carrots. You are a professional gift wrapper because that's not me. I usually just buy a gift bag LOLOL. The gift wrapping paper 🥲I think it's because of the paper.. there's more dust on it and I know dust irritates my husband's! I just know that the murderbot series has set the standard so high for any sci-fi books to come. It's just the ease of reading it that really sold me for the book even though many of the concepts are new to me!!
YES! PICKLE GANG ALL THE WAY! Ohhhh I'll check it out! I started using the Gold Bond one recently and it has been a game changer. No more crusty ass hands ο(´・ω・`o). My husband is like "Finally" OOF. No worries!! I love Korean/Japanese sunscreens during summer, but for some reason I haven't found a good one for winter. I think the eczema on my face just sucks everything up lol. I tried some Australian ones because they have stricter UVA/B requirements and danggggg. Pretty nice! I wish the formulation was less thick though. Next year I'm dong all bags. I like wrapping gifts but the dust is so bad! When it comes to eczema your husband and I are basically the same person LOL. Yes!! It isn't too bogged down by the scifi aspects of the world! Definitely easy to read! Witch King has grown on me but mannnnnnnnnn I think Murder Bot is still the best of Wells' works.
Your cucumber salad is the best!!
