Yeah your correct A'TIN is the most supportive, loving and understanding family. As long as constructive criticism the fandom will accept it but if you're judge SB19 like that for sure the fandom will not accept and ignore it.

Just the fact that you so sweetly complimented THEIR MUSIC.... KNOWING that they were hating on SB19. The fact that you said HONESTLY that you wanted to hate it, but didn't, and you were so open about that.... They definitely haven't earned your kindness or your compliment... but you still gave it. And here they are, unable to say one kind thing without it being backhanded or passive aggressive.
As a MASSIVE stray Kids stan who almost cried when SB19 AND their fans, this fandom, congratulated SKZ and STAY for their Billboard Fan Army win (it was down to SKZ and SB19). Qs someone who loves the Zach Sang show because of how amazingly SKZ and Him got along to the point to sending sweaters to each other. So i watched his interview with SB19 only to discover he was insanely ill that day and i found myself extremely worried about the guys, and how it would turn out. Only to be shocked by how AMAZING those young men were and how they carried the interview for him. Never being anything but grateful... Only to see their FANS do the exact same and choose to be grateful for the interview instead of upset at the circumstances. Not to mention everything just watching that interview taught me!!
I learned that those young men and this fandom of theirs is thick as thieves! You truly adore and respect one another. Or how about the fact that they are NOT A KOREAN GROUP, therefore their music and language are completely representative of THEIR country. And with the fact that their sound is so insanely different when it comes to any and all traditional factors and also when it comes to the driving inspiration behind it. The members are COMPLETELY different than ANY of my boys, in every way shape and form. What they truly do have in common is a deep love for their music, each other, their fans, and of course being talented artists.
That said, if they don't know that by relating them in any way to my boys is truly and deeply disrespectful to all that SB19 are... All they have gone through, and all they themselves have created to bet where they are now is being diminished by them doing that. And it has nothing to do with SKZ either, literally... In fact, that's the actual problem. It's not about them in any way, shape or form. Same goes if they were doing that to SKZ, by relating them to SB19!
Saying they are alike in any meaningful way, is like saying that Alanis Morissette and Boa are the same because they are both extremely talented female soloists, or saying that BlackPink and Fifth Harmony are the same because they are both well known girl groups. Don't EVEN get me started on that comment about the song being "forced"... what does that even mean? Ugh, sounds like they just wanted to complain. They did this to Seventeen too! Pissed me off, that another group 90% of STAY respect and appreciate had that done to them as well.
Fyi, we really do hold the same respect for SB19. A little secret about us... We NEVER go after anyone. We really just want to be left to be proud of SKZ and not have anyone attack them for no reason. So when a fandom respects us and SKZ, and doesn't come after them. Then we will be your best friend. We only get defensive when they are targeted, we are insanely protective. I know that this fandom understands where we are coming from. SKZ have truly been through hell and we will do anything to keep from seeing that happen again. specially because we DIDN'T protect them the first time because we were told by other kpop fans that we would be destroyed by them if we did. We didn't do what we should have and we will spend the rest of their career making that up to them. So you know, we just wish people would let us.
These.... fake fans, they came in when SKZ got big. They don't know their past or their present, they don't hold their kindness or friendliness in high enough regard or understand what SKZ would want them to say, or do, or act like. Slowly, it is changing, and we are happily weeding them out of our garden. But in the meantime, we have a few reactors who are like that. 😔 And it makes me sick to watch them say what they say, specially to whom they keep choosing to say it to! First Seventeen, a group STAY appreciates and respects their hard work, self production, talent, kindness, and their love of SKZ in return. Their fandom has always been wonderful to outs, and they always compliment SKZ every time our patha cross. Just as I have seen SB19 and your fandom do!
Honestly... I am so sorry that you and the boys have had such negative exposure with some of out... less than respectable acquaintances. Please know, you are respected and appreciated by the VAST majority of us, immensely so. SKZ would truly adore your boys, because we sure do. So what these individuals said, if anything, goes against the very individuals they say they do like. I hope one day they come to realize this. In the meantime, you and SB19 keep shining and proving to the world that there is nobody like them... Because there simply isn't. 🖤
The important thing is that SB19 is so much better when performing LIVE !! Compared to other groups of the world out there, including KPop, that's why they were identified as a Super Group.

To be honest, I haven't watched the full review from them. I guess I just don't want to dwell on it anymore. I can't expect a lot of people to like them. People I know still have an initial averse reaction to them just because they feel like they're trying to be KPOP. Knowing that their fan base is growing, feels more satisfying. Those reactions make me root for them more.

I was a subscriber on their channel before because they support Filipino artists but when they began talking bad about Sb19 I unsub. For me it's okay to say that you don't like an artist or even say you don't like their music because it's not your cup of tea. we respect each others preferences. But saying to a fellow artist "inauthentic" is a big no and kind of disrespectful. We accept criticisms. We respect it. But they need to know the difference between criticism and mockery (cute pa more! Cute! Cute! )

I use to watch these reactors but primarily they are KPOP REACTORS…so I appreciate several diverse artists in S. Korea but they did not create POP MUSIC. This group is managed by several S.K individuals. I’m older so I’ve watched the pop genre changes throughout the years…BOYS TO MEN, BACK STREET BOYS, MADONNA, JANET JACKSON and YES…the KING of POP, MICHAEL JACKSON. Many SONG 🎶 writers did not appreciate having a label they didn’t support and why it should be just POP from SOUTH KOREA. Now, we see that even the KPOP genre has significantly evolved and I love some independent artists. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and opinions with their questionable 🤨 ANALYSIS.
I’m an INTERNATIONAL MUSIC FAN so I would recommend a female VPOP ARTIST, HOANG THUY LINH “ BO X BO” and “HA PHOM”. A different JAPANESE GIRL GROUP called XG just recently came back with two new MV called “SHOOTING STAR” and their live performance of “LEFT RIGHT”. Thanks for sharing your time and consideration on CASUAL CHUCKS explanation on whether SB19 is AUTHENTIC.

I agree with you Tato, I could see that they're enjoying SB19's song but they're the ones trying so hard to find something not to like with SB19 which showed in their very immature nitpicking reactions. They should just stop reacting to SB19 's music if it's not their cup of tea... Anyway in my opinion, maybe because they've been promoting another very talented Filipino boygroup before, but younger than SB19 - The TNT boys. They don't need to nitpick just because they're rooting for TNT boys who were only a singing trio then ( I love both TNT boys and SB19). Even one TNT member acknowledged SB19 in one of their interviews that what SB19 is doing is very difficult, harmonizing while dancing/moving.

I saw the reaction vedios.... At first, they love the song but, at the middle of there reaction vedios, they searched the lyrics to understand the music and after seeing of what was the message of the song bazinga. they started to criticize it,, I don't know why...
