- The animation video is created as a part of Fairconditioning Program. The program is designed to mitigate Airconditioning needs in India to reduce energy demands from our stressed infrastructure, to improve energy access for marginalized communities and to lower carbon emissions to combat climate change. The program is a grant-funded program co-created by an Indian Social Enterprise (cbalance.in) and a Swiss Non-Profit Organization (noe21.org) sectors. Currently, the program is funded by the Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation.
In this video, you will learn about Direct Evaporative Cooling and Indirect Evaporative Cooling and Indirect Direct Evaporative Cooling and their principles.

Awesome sir, very good explanation
Explanation is so clear. Thanks a lot. Greets from İstanbul
Thank you! Exactly what I needed to know!
Very informative! Thanks.
Very nice explanation
Very simple to understand and great pace
Great work and simple to understand. Thanks
extremely well narrated.. especially the animations! Thank you.
Awesome
How tonnage of an IDEC System is calculated when there is no compressor involved ??
Educative
Thanks!
👍👍👍
why dont we use only indirect evaporative cooling by recirculating inside air? This way we can do sensible cooling with more than 95% efficiency and no humidity will be added to air.
great idea. Go ahead and prototype it, test the results, and share it with us at info@fairconditioning.org or vivek@cbalance.in. All the best!
I've been thinking about this for sometime. We used to use dec in lahore. The problem was humidity. The combined idec and dec provide a method of controlling humidity as well. I'm sure there must be a commercial product on the market...if not. I'll give this one a try. Its relatively easy sytem to implement i think.... Famous last words... Haha
It will keep adding humidity and temperature of the room will increase as the water vapours are warm...so you need to keep ventilating the air when using evaporative cooling
That is why there is no such product in the market
