There's an updated version of this with an improved power button, more visible ports, and better battery level indicator LEDs that are separate from the power button.
Yep, Gen.2 has been on sale for a couple of weeks already. As you said, 20W peak output, but perhaps more imporantly they fixed the annoying power indicator lights
Grab V2 of this unit would be my advice. It only has three LED indicators for battery level, but they are separate instead of inside the button which makes them much easier to read. They have also put some super useful bright yellow rings around the sockets which makes them much more visible for low light and inside a pocket/bag scenario. This may sound gimicky, but I really found it useful in real world use.
I just got the Nimble 10,000 mah power bank and definitely recommend it. It's super small, tho a bit more of a meatball than this one, but is like half the length, all rounded, and they use a bunch of recycled materials in the construction which I really like. And it's a nice 18w charger so good for fast charging phones and great for the Nintendo Switch
Good review. Although I care more about price performance and safety, this is still a useful review. These rounded banks make sense since they can use cheaper cells. Obviously for many people the shape will be a downside. I personally don’t care much.
NITECORE = Poor Customer Service. My NB10000 failed, granted after the warranty period, but without any heavy use. The USB-A port just fell out. Customer Service will only repair at my cost, all in will almost be price of a new unit. Poor showing. Better products for your hard earned money.
I have 20 000 version of this and it ports are really weird... Some of them work as input when they want and sometimes outputs work how they want. I'm not so happy with it but I needed USB-C power bank and I wanted to trust big manufacturer...
I highly doubt that you can charge a Samsung S22 for three times with this. Based on the specifications, it souldn't be possible to charge it two times either, but maybe I'm missing something. This Nitecore has 6400mAh rated energy, an S22 has 3400Mah, so 2x3700=7400, less the capacity of the Nitecore powerbank.

Oh snap. I pretty much wrote the same thing!
this first gen has been discontinued, isn't it? they have 2nd gen with 20w max power output.
Yup, the newest version has 18W input and 20W output!

Any cable in the box when ordering this powerbank? Could be nice to see the unboxing in this video
Yes, it comes with a USB to USB-C cable.

When you pulled out that scale with the container on top, it reminded me of the "does it blend?" commercials from years ago lol. Great review!
I wonder if it would blend 🧐 Thanks for watching!

Ideally I want a power bank that is USB-C only. This is surprisingly hard to find.
Maybe someday 😃

Do you have some recommendations for power bank with integrated flashlight ? 20000mAh max. They use to make them before but I can't find any
