What's the difference between the usual enamel and the black enamel?
Hey I just bought one but haven’t used it yet so I can’t speak from experience, but the main thing is that the black enamel is able to sear vs the white enamel which can’t do that/can’t do that as well
Black enamel is slightly more tolerant to higher heat, but not by much.
